Planning & design

To future proof a project, and to maximise valuation, the RK Group develops a clear project concept, scope, and roadmap. Agile methodology at every stage of development ensures evolving risks are identified and mitigated, whilst emerging opportunities are capitalised for:

  • Site Due Diligence, inclusive of a full financial feasibility
  • Look and feel along with schematics
  • Master Plan development
  • Prepare architectural drawings and project specifications including engineering, structural plans, architectural and environmental landscape beautification.
